Zusammenfassung:	MDL 17,043, when administered intravenously in humans, produces a significant and salutary hemodynamic response. To determine its acute effect when administered rally (3 mg/kg), 10 patients with severe congestive heart failure were studied by right-sided cardiac catheterization for 8 hours.
