Zusammenfassung: | Several renal diseases have been reported to complicate both hepatitis B and human immunodeficiency virus infection. Establishing the exact renal diagnosis in patients with multiple viral infections requires renal biopsy. Exposure to human immunodeficiency virus may not determine renal histopathology. Although exact prognosis depends on a definitive diagnosis, treatment options may be limited in the face of several viral infections and concurrent exposure to human immunodeficiency virus. |
