Comparison of Duovent and salbutamol inhalers in chronic stable asthma

The response to Duovent and salbutamol aerosols was compared in sixteen asthmatics in a double blind cross-over trial. Improvement in FEV1 was significantly better and longer lasting with Duovent . Side effects were not a major problem.
