Zusammenfassung: | Extract: Master Standard Data (MSD) was used to develop labor times for assembling and microwave heating menu items. Total predicted time with MSD indicated that 1.71 minutes were required for one employee to pour two beverages and to assemble and heat menu items for two meals using two microwave ovens. The median total labor time from 10 stopwatch time studies done under actual operating conditions in the hospital galley was 1.8 minutes. (Author) |
