Zusammenfassung:Rehabilitation has become a major part of work with elderly patients and staff come from many different professions. The complex difficulties in many cases can prevent progress. It is in these situations that the clinical psychologist has most to offer. Ways in which the psychologist can assist the multidisciplinary team are described and short case histories are given to illustrate these practices.
