c=177·8 . These data, together with results from sodium dodecyl sulfate/polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and crystal density experiments, indicate that there is one 116,000
M

dimer per asymmetric unit. The crystals diffract to at least 2·2and are suitable for X-ray crystallographic structure determination. |
