Zusammenfassung:	The authors report a case of bilateral interstitial cell tumour of the testes. A 64-year-old man presented with painless testicular swellings of many years' duration. No hormonal disturbance was manifested but the patient was achondroplastic and diabetic. Bilateral orchiectomy was performed. The patient remained well. This is a rare tumour and bilateral involvement is extremely unusual.
