A Retraction of Two Papers on Cardiomyopathy

To the Editor: I agree that the papers entitled "Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and human leukocyte antigen linkage: differentiation of two forms of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy" and "Decreased myocardial taurine levels and hypertaurinuria in a kindred with mitral-valve prolapse and congestive cardiomyopathy" should be retracted from The New England Journal of Medicine .
