Zusammenfassung: | Cor triatriatum dexter is a rare cardiac malformation, usually diagnosed incidentally at operation or necropsy. We report the case of a 5-month-old infant, severely symptomatic, who underwent correction of a highly obstructive cor triatriatum dexter, with multiple anomalies of the systemic venous return and a large interatrial communication. This appears to be the first case of successful repair of this anomaly during infancy. |
