Zusammenfassung:	Severe fibrosis around an area implanted with plastic tubes required a strong pulling tension force to place them in position. This pull produced a stretching of the tubes, and a consequent narrowing of the lumen, making afterloading with radioactive seeds impossible. Comments about this problem are made. Regular techniques in this situation cannot be used, and a technique modification is proposed.
