Zusammenfassung:	An unusual case of soft tissue uptake of Tc-99m MDP in the anterior left hemithorax is presented. The patient had local hyperemia associated with transcutaneous nitroglycerin. The possibility of local cutaneous increased blood flow causing intense anterior chest uptake should be considered in the interpretation of scans in patients being treated with transcutaneous vasodilator drugs.
