Zusammenfassung:A routine method has been developed and tested in the laboratory for the automatic reading of HLA typing and screening for antibodies with the microlymphocytotoxicity test. The assay is more sensitive than the NIH technique, is rapid, produces objective results, and can be easily linked up with existing manual procedures. Multipurpose reading machines are now commercially available.
