Mechanisms maintaining antibody-induced enhancement of allografts. III, Examination of graft-versus-host reactivity of T cell subsets from rats with long-surviving grafts

In this study, we examined whether there was an associated change in the capacity of T cell subsets from enhanced animals with long-surviving allografts to proliferate in a PLN GVH assay. We also examined the capacity of unfractionated cells from these animals to mediate lethal GVHD, as this assay better reflects the effector phase of graft rejection (DBO).
