Zusammenfassung:	Primary cardiac malignant lymphoma is extremely rare and almost all patients die within weeks. Monoclonal CD20 antibody (rituximab) was administered to a patient with primary cardiac B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma expressing a CD20 molecule.
