Intrathoracic tumors of the vagus nerve

Two patients had resection of a middle mediastinal neurilemmoma of the vagus nerve, Twenty-seven other neurogenic rumors of the intrathoracic vagus are reviewed. These tumors are generally asymptomatic except for hoarseness in an occasional patient.
