A series of “unknown” case presentations and discussions is a persistently popular program component of each annual meeting of the American Association of Academic Chief Residents in Radiology (ACR).This case was presented by Ben Harmon, Chief Resident at the University of Arkansas, who was assisted in preparing the case by his faculty advisor, Hemendra Shah. The discussant was Larry Schertz, Chief Resident at the Mallinkrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University.
