Zusammenfassung:The anthropometric and body composition of children with cystic fibrosis (CF) were assessed. The mean standard deviation height and weight scores for the whole group were not significantly different (SD) from the population median, although in older males the SD height score was significantly below the population median. The finding of lower body fat stores in the CF patients was indicative of the beginning of deterioration in body composition and clinical status.
