Images in clinical medicine. Calcified mass in a patient on long-term hemodialysis

A case study on a 46-year-old man with end-stage renal disease who had a calcified mass due to long-term hemodialysis is presented. Calcification resulted from the presence of extravasated blood and soft-tissue injury.
