Zusammenfassung: | A 49-year-old woman with isolated atresia of the left main coronaryartery is presented. The patient who suffered from angina underwentmyocardial revascularization 14 years after the onset of symptoms. A leftinternal mammary artery to left anterior descending coronary artery bypasswas performed. Twenty months after the operation, the patient is free fromangina and leads a normal life. The clinical features, diagnosis andmanagement of the left main coronary atresia in adults are discussed. |
