Zusammenfassung: | Lack of tumescence of the glans penis during normal penile erection may represent a handicap to sexual intercourse. The pharmacodynamic spongiosography for the evaluation of venous drainage of the corpus spongiosum is described, demonstrating a pathologic -venous outflow. The patient was successfully treated by resection and ligature of the deep dorsal vein. This procedure is simple to perform and could constitute a therapy for this clinical pathologic entity. |
