Zusammenfassung: | Primary fallopian tube carcinoma is a very rare malignancy, accounting for 0.18 to 1.6% of gynecologic cancers. The disease usually is unilateral, with the prevalence of bilateral disease ranging between 0 and 26% of cases. This report describes a case of fallopian tube carcinoma with bilateral involvement, in which three separate tumor nodules were found in one tube and in situ disease was present in the opposite tube. |
