Zusammenfassung:An infrequent complication of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) is inadvertent grafting to a coronary vein resulting in an arteriovenous fistula. We describe a case in which the left internal mammary artery (IMA) was anastomosed to the anterior interventricular vein. To our knowledge, this is the first report involving such a fistula managed with balloon occlusion.
