Zusammenfassung: | The cost of a health facility's continuing education (CE) program varies with facility size, mission, and its location or accessibility to sources of CE. This paper describes the development and use of a policy model and algorithm for allocating CE dollar resources in a large national health system. The algorithm uses a two‐factor model, basing facility CE dollar allocations on the amount of CE need and price differences in accessing CE sources. |
