Zusammenfassung:	Sixty-one flavanones, twenty-six isoflavones and eight other flavonoids, obtained from Sophora tomentosa, S. flavescens, Scutellaria baicalensis and other medicinal plants or synthesized, were tested for their inhibitory activity against adenosine 3', 5'-cyclic monophosphate (cAMP) phosphodiesterase from beef heart. The structure-activity relationships were investigated.
