Zusammenfassung: | In most patients there has been little or no relationship between measures of the severity of CAD (the impairment) and the self-report of angina and disability and there is often a moderately significant relationship with the self-report of angina and a number of psychological variables. Probably some of this lack of association is due to less than optimal imaging techniques and some of the association with psychological measures by dynamic changes in vasculature in response to autonomic arousal, through anger or stress. |
