Zusammenfassung:	A young woman presented with mediastinal lymphadenitis and measles-like eruption. All clinical manifestations promptly responded to macrolide therapy. Serologically, current infection of Chlamydia pneumoniae was highly suspected. Evaluation of Chlamydia pneumoniae infection should be included in the diagnostic approach to mediastinal lymphadenitis.
