Zusammenfassung: | Gastrointestinal manifestations of cystic fibrosis, including cholecystitis and cholelithiasis, are quite common and well-documented in the scientific literature. One unusual but sonographically detectable complication of this genetically inherited syndrome of exocrine dysfunction is multiple intrahepatic biliary calculi. This finding is clinically significant and can appear as biliary colic in patients who have undergone previous cholecystectomy. We report a case with sonographic findings. |
