Colorectal cancer in young blacks. An epidemic in Gazankulu?

Eight cases of colorectal cancer at Elim and Malamulele Hospitals, Gazankulu, occurring in a 7-month period in young black people, are presented. Epidemiological and aetiological considerations are discussed.
