Zusammenfassung:A case of widespread intramucosal naevus with unusual clinical expression associated with hypertrophy of the oral mucosa and maxilla is presented. Hypertrophy was seen in the alveolar bone and all layers of the oral mucosa just beneath the pigmented area. The diagnosis and further examination is discussed.
