DNA sequences of mouse H-2 and Qa genes

We present aligned DNA sequences of the coding regions of the classical H-2 loci K, D, and L, the pseudogene K1; and seven of the nonclassical Qa genes. Superscripts on the allele indicate the haplotypes from which the alleles were derived. Sequence alignments were made using the program GENALIGN, a copyrighted software product of Intelligenetics, Inc. (124 University Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94301) which was developed by Dr. Hugo Martinez of the University of California, San Francisco.
