Zusammenfassung: | With the tremendous advances in fetal medicine and ultrasound technology over the past decade, perinatologists are encountering an increasing number of cases of suspected hemorrhage in the fetal adrenal glands. Controversies abound with respect to the diagnosis, antenatal and postnatal management, follow-up, and degree of aggressiveness of approach. We present a case report of fetal adrenal hemorrhage in a diamniotic, dichorionic twin and a review of the current literature. |
