Zusammenfassung:	A 12-month-old patient had complete resolution of a central venous, catheter-related, infected intracardiac thrombus after 6 weeks of antibiotics, aspirin, and dipyridamole. Serial echocardiography documented the progressive decrease in thrombus size. Selected infants and children may safety undergo nonoperative management of infected intracardiac thrombi.
