Zusammenfassung:	Both Pagetʼs disease and metastatic carcinoma to bone are common conditions. They occur in the same age group but rarely coexist. The two conditions may be difficult to distinguish in bone imaging, as they may show similar patterns of tracer uptake. Biopsy may be necessary to make the diagnosis. A case illustrating this problem is presented.
