Zusammenfassung:	A 23-year-old female developed a massive hemorrhage in the left frontal lobe from a ruptured aneurysm on a distal branch of the left anterior cerebral artery. The aneurysm was associated with an astrocytoma. The histopathological findings suggested that the aneurysm may have been due to the destruction of the arterial wall by tumor cells.
