DNA-methylation in HL-60 cells treated with 3-deaza-(±)-aristeromycin and 3-deazaadenosine

In order to study effects of the adenosine analogues on viable cells, the present investigation was undertaken using a dose schedule that caused cell cycle perturbation, cytostasis and differentiation but no overt toxicity.
