Osteolytic lesions of the patella

The knee is a common site for bone tumors and various other nontraumatic lesions; however, the patella is usually not involved. Because they are rare, the authors reviewed their files to determine the radiographic presentation and relative frequency of various osteolytic lesions of the patella.
