Zusammenfassung: | A partial genomic library was constructed using size-selected 400-600 bp Sau3AI-digested inserts cloned in a pTZ18 vector. Screening was performed using a mixture of 6 oligonucleotides: (TG) sub(10), (CAC) sub(5)CA, CT(CCT) sub(5), (TGTA) sub(6)TG, (TC) sub(10), CT(ATCT) sub(6) following the method described by Estoup & Cornuet (1994). Clones containing the selected repeat units were sequenced. Three other loci were extracted from EMBL database. Characteristics of the loci amplified are given in Table 1. The microsatellite Sat5, Sat7, Sat8, Sat12, Sat13 and Sat16 sequences were submitted to EMBL data library. |
