Zusammenfassung:	A stereophotogrammetric method is presented to reconstruct the course of a curve in the three-dimensional space. This method is exclusively suitable as a non-destructive tool to determine the surface fiber-structure of ligaments, tendons and other organised collagenous structures. In addition, it is a convenient tool to measure the geometry of articular surfaces and other complicated surface shapes.
