Macronutrient Intake and Blood Cholesterol Level of a Community of Asian Indians Living in the United States

Kamath et al determined the energy and macronutrient intake of Asian Indian men and identified certain coronary artery disease risk factors. The results indicate that the fat intake of subjects in this sample is high.
