Zusammenfassung:While 70-80% of pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting, only 2% of these will have hyperemesis gravidarum (intractable nausea and vomiting with fluid and electrolyte imbalance, weight loss and nutritional deficiency). The successful use of a Dobbhoff nasogastric feeding tube has been reported in the management of hyperemesis gravidarum.
