Zusammenfassung:Results of orthopaedic reconstructions in 1014 patients with the use of preserved allogenic bone grafts are presented. The method of grafts preservation seems to be of significance in surgical applications; deep-freezing is more favorable in more comparison with lyophilization. The result of treatment after bone transplantation is dependent on numerous biological and clinical variables.
