Zusammenfassung:	Bone/bone marrow metastases from islet cell carcinoma of the pancreas is extremely rare. The authors show a case of non-functioning islet cell carcinoma metastatic to bone/bone marrow that was noted incidental to liver spleen imaging. A subsequent bone scan revealed increased Tc-99m MDP activity in the precise areas of photon deficits on the Tc-99m SC study.
