Zusammenfassung: | Raman spectroscopy and resonance Raman spectroscopy are important tools for the analysis and identification of biological species. As much, Raman spectroscopy is extremely useful for a vast number of applications. However, the Raman scattering cross section of most biological macromolecules is extremely small, which generally limits its potential uses. Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) technique can be used to improve the small Raman intensities, has gained a reputation as one of the most sensitive spectroscopic tools available for the detection of a wide range of adsorbate molecules down to the single molecule detection limit. |
