Zusammenfassung:Five cases of papillary adenocarcinomas of the prostate were studied for the clinical features, histologic characteristics and immunohistochemical nature of prostatic specific antigen, and one case of them was studied by electron microscopy. Our results, as well as those presented previously, demonstrate the prostatic origin of this tumor, and these lesions should be called “Prostatic ductal adenocarcinoma with endometrioid features”. In accordance with the observations of other authors, antiandrogen therapy for these patients was considered justifiable.
