Zusammenfassung: | The technique of selectively labelling different types of leucocytes, including the sub-population of lymphocytes, with gamma-emitting radionuclides to study their fate in vivo has become a valuable research tool in cellular immunology. Most of this work has been done with Cr chromate and In oxine or tropolone. Much remains unknown about the differences in the migration of granulocytes, monocytes, lymphocyte sub-populations and cultured lymphocytes between normal and various disease states. It remains to be seen whether or not this approach will be useful clinically. |
