Zusammenfassung:The use of bifocal distraction osteogenesis in the mandible has been limited to the work of Constantino and associates, and our preliminary work in animals and trauma patients. super(9-13) Animal studies indicate the potential for this method to work for continuity defect healing in the mandible, and thus this principle was applied to four patients, all of whom had mandibular continuity defects in the body region of the mandible.
