Actinomyces chorioamnionitis and preterm labor in a twin pregnancy: A case report

A case of premature delivery of a twin gestation with evidence of Actinomyces chorioamnionitis is presented. This unusual infection of the placenta was associated with preterm labor. (Am J Obstet Gynecol 1996;175:1391-2.)
