Zusammenfassung:In this study, we have demonstrated a method of obtaining complete, accurate PA pressure curves from a PDA Doppler flow velocity signal and a simultaneous aortic pressure tracing. This technique provides a dynamic evaluation of changes in PA pressures throughout the cardiac cycle and provides more hemodynamic information than single-point Doppler velocity methods of estimating PA pressures.
