Zusammenfassung: | The authors have utilized a technique recently described by Boley as the corrective procedure in two patients with complex long segment aganglionosis. The one-stage operation combines a right colon onlay patch for enhanced absorptive and reservoir purposes with an ileoendorectal pull-through. Both patients had only 3 to 4 stools per day by the end of the first postoperative month. The obligatory period of intestinal adaption needed to achieve an acceptable stooling pattern is significantly reduced in comparison with results obtained with other commonly used procedures. |
