Radical vulvectomy for squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva
Twenty-one patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva who were subjected to radical vulvectomy and inguinal-pelvic lymphadenectomy were studied. The overall mortality rate was 24%.
